The Publicist assistant role is a full-time position that supports and facilitates the needs of a team of publicists and account strategists. Publicist assistants report directly to an Account Strategist.

Job Duties Include:

• Outreach and interview organizing
  
• Building media lists
• Scheduling pitches
• Create client reports and executive summaries
• Setup client profiles on third-party site
  
• Other supporting task
